General Provisions

The purpose of creating the agrotracer.com.ua website (hereinafter – the Website) by the company Business Evolution (hereinafter – the Company) is to provide individuals and legal entities (users – persons who have access to the Website via the Internet and use the Company’s Website) with relevant information about the Company’s activities and to inform them about the goods, services, and digital products offered by the Company.

The content of the Website is the property of the Company and is protected by the current legislation of Ukraine governing copyright matters. Users of the Website may use its content for personal and non-commercial purposes. Use of the Website content for any other purposes is not permitted. The Company does not allow modification of the Website content or further reproduction of such content.

In accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” the Company informs the User that after receiving their personal data, the User has the following rights:

• to receive, no later than 30 calendar days from the date of request (unless otherwise stipulated by Ukrainian law), a response regarding whether their personal data is stored in any of the Company’s personal data databases, as well as to obtain the content of such data;
• to submit a substantiated objection to the processing of their personal data;
• to request the modification or deletion of their personal data if such data is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;
• to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage, including protection from deliberate concealment, failure to provide, or delayed provision of such data, as well as from dissemination of inaccurate information that harms their honor, dignity, or business reputation;
• to contact state authorities or local self-government bodies responsible for the protection of personal data regarding the safeguarding of their rights;
• to use legal remedies in case of violation of personal data protection laws.

The Company also receives data automatically transmitted during the display of advertising blocks or during visits to Website pages, including:

• Date, time, and number of visits;
• The address of the website from which the User navigated to the Company’s Website;

• Information about visited pages and viewed advertising banners;
